Essentially, you're pre-paying for your order to ensure you're first cab off the rank when the stock arrives.
- At the time you place your order online your selected payment method will be charged for that order.
- Our latest shipment of Night Dancer and Her Best Friend stock will arrive on 6th July, 2020.
- We will hold your pre-paid order until this date and ship it out to you when the stock is available.
- You will receive updates and notices regarding the status of your order in-between ordering and shipping.

We sure do. Rates are $15 to NZ and $30 for the rest of the world.
We ship far and wide and we're pretty proud of that. However, we are not responsible for customs and duties determined by each country's individual customs agency. Duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Yep. Express shipping within Australia is offered as an option within the checkout process. We charge $15 for express shipping and ask that you place your order before 11am to allow us enough time to get your order off to you in time for next day delivery.

Orders ship from our Okay Lady office in Melbourne on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following business day. During high volume periods, like a sale, the processing time may increase. For domestic orders, deliveries should be expected in 5-7 business days. For international orders, shipments may take up to 15-21 business days.

We want you to love your puzzle as much as we do so we handle each return with care.

We happily accept the return of unused and undamaged products for a full refund in the form of the original payment.
International orders:
We also happily accept the return of unused and undamaged goods and will refund your entire order less the original shipping fees.
